Bolt-action rifle semi-detachable magazine fed repeating rifle charged with stripper clips and mounting a steel buttplate. Left receiver struck with model marking NO 4 MKI* with further marks to the stock ring reading DP/807. Left receiver flat is struck U.S. PROPERTY with left stock marked US PROPERTY/U.S.C.G. A further DP is marked onto the bolt handle in electropen. Serial numbers match on bolt handle and receiver, but the magazine does not. Forend appears to have been varnished. Wrist is struck US, and the rifle shows no Commonwealth markings. Barrel features two-groove rifling. Comes with a British pattern canvas sling featuring {Broad Arrow} stamp.
