**U.S. Navy Marked Smith & Wesson Victory Model Revolver
World War II

.38 Special. 4" barrel. SN: V121167. Parkerized metal finish overall with case colored hammer and trigger mounting smooth walnut grips and a lanyard loop to the butt. Double action hand ejector six-shot revolver featuring topstrap notch and half moon front blade sights on a five screw frame. Standard manufacturer and patent date mark appears on top of the barrel in two lines reading SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD MASS, U.S.A./PATENTED FEB. 6. 06. SEPT. 14. 09. DEC. 29. 14. Left barrel struck SMITH & WESSON with the right showing caliber marking 38 S.&W. SPECIAL CTG. Right frame is marked MADE IN U.S.A. with the right sideplate displaying the large Smith & Wesson monogram grip. Topstrap is marked U.S. NAVY. Serial numbers match on the right grip panel, barrel, frame, cylinder, and star extractor. Displays the rough tool marks overall that are the hallmark of wartime manufactured Smith & Wesson revolvers.
