Lot Description

Randall Model 14 Attack in Sheath

7.5" blade length. 4.2" hilt. 13.5" overall with scabbard and hilt. Drop point bowie knife with first 3" of the back edge sharpened and mounting a brass guard and black Micarta grips with finger grooves, wide tang construction, and lanyard loop to the pommel. Left ricasso struck RANDALL MADE/ORLANDO, FLA. between {Sabers}. Comes with a leather scabbard with belt loop struck RANDALL MADE/KNIVES/ORLANDO, FLA. and featuring a pouch for the sharpening stone. Stone is marked FINE INDIA-MADE IN U.S.A. and appears unused. Black paracord is woven through the tie down loops on the sheath.

Founded by Bo Randall in 1938, Randall Made Knives soon became well known for their quality and durability. Thousands of his hand-made knives were acquired by American military personnel during World War II, with Randall devising his first numerically assigned models especially for military service.
