A handsome first edition by German publishing firm Hermann Heirs of the British Colonies in North America at the beginning of the French and Indian War. The map extensively details colonial boundary lines and topographical features, with place names in English. Large blocks of German text in the top left and bottom right provide details on the American colonies.
