An English Aesthetic Movement carved oak dining table and set of twelve dining chairs Lamb of Manchester, Manchester, England, circa 1875
The table with crank extension mechanism to underside, rectangular top with canted corners, on three wood supports each having two carved, turned, and fluted legs on substantial casters, accompanied by original hand crank and six leaves; the dining chairs with carved and parcel-ebonized details, H-form stretchers, the front legs on casters, with contemporary upholstery.
