Separated in three pieces along original folds; presumed remnant from a larger document, lacking upper and lower portions, but with no loss to Rodney's annotations on verso.

Caesar Rodney (1728-84) was an American Founding Father, Signer of the Declaration of Independence, and President of Delaware for the majority of the Revolution.
