Composed of 15 printed coupons per side, ornately printed border, blindstamped with seals of the U.S. Consulate in Paris and the Compagnie de Colonisation Américaine, and signed by American consul in France and by "De Redern et Cie." in Paris at bottom. Slightly trimmed along bottom edge. 18 x 14 in. (457 x 355 mm).
