(20) pp. Illustrated with vignette title-page, 18 hand-colored engraved plates, numerous head and tail-pieces, in-text engravings. Contemporary three-quarter mottled brown calf, stamped in blind and in gilt, green morocco spine label, front board detached, boards and bands rubbed, extremities worn; front free endpaper, blank, and title-page creased; old ownership signature on front blank; small stain at center of title-page and dedication, light foxing to same; scattered marginal dampstaining and spotting to text.
