A group of five silver-mounted canes Various dates 19th/early 20th century
Comprising a silver or silver plate and mahogany figural cane, the handle in the form a gnome's head, the silver stamped 36, with brass ferrule; a sterling silver and ebonized wood cane, the handle with foliate decoration, the silver marked 925, with modern rubber ferrule; a respoussé silver and mahogany walking stick, the silver apparently unmarked, with brass ferrule; a Continental silver and ebonized wood cane, the silver stamped 800 with rubbed maker's mark, with horn ferrule; and a Continental silver fruitwood cane, the handle with foliate design, the silver indistinctly marked and doublestruck at collar.
