Lot Description
A Chinese Cizhou russet-splashed black-glazed circular dish Northern Song/Jin dynasty
With finely-potted wide rim, the dish supported on a short circular ring foot, thick glossy black glaze with subtle iridescence at the rim, draining from the edges, suffused with irregularly splashed russet to the interior, the glaze stopping in an uneven line around the base and foot, showing the dense, fine-grained buff stoneware body, cloth box.
