Lot Description

A Sino Tibetan gilt-copper alloy figure of Vajrasattva 19th century

The deity, wearing a "Dragon" dhoti, seated with legs crossed on a lotiform base, wearing a foliate crown and ornate jewellery, holding the vajra in the right hand and a ghanta in the left hand; underside incised with a stylized quatrolobe floriform, the face and head painted.
