Includes the possible pencil ownership of Sally Wood, dated, ""Yarmouth/ 1808,"" on the front free endpaper recto; suggests the ownership of Sally Sayward Barrell Keating Wood, born York, Maine, 1759, died Kennebunk, Maine, 1854, the first American female gothic writer and Maine's first notable woman novelist.
