Oval form with scalloped rim, molded to each side with acanthus framed vignette against the cobalt ground, one depicting Bacchic putti, the other with classical figures and putti, with upturned acanthus leaves issuing from the base at each end, impressed "Mintons", "1087", date cypher for 1877.
