Lot Description

A large Sino-Tibetan gilt bronze figure of Buddha Shakyamuni qing dynasty

cast seated in dhyanasana on a double-lotus base with hands before chest in dharmachakramudra, clad in a sanghati with lotus flower hems, the face with pensive expression, elongated earlopes, the hair in tight curls, topped with a knop over ushnisha.
