Fine pair of George III mahogany and satinwood inlaid knife boxes circa 1790
The case with satinwood and mahogany crossband inlay, the hinged sloping lid opening to a line-inlaid fitted interior, the underside of the lids inlaid to show a star, original shield-form silver escutcheon and oval pull, raised on ball feet.
