An album of fifty-two photogravures of Native Americans, after Frank A. Rinehart (1861-1928)
Containing title page: North American Indians, Photographic Prints Rinehart-Marsden, Omaha, and fifty-two prints, each accompanied by a leaf of typed text with identification of subject and brief biographical sketch, sitters include "White Swan- One of Custer's chief Indian scouts who was with him when he lost his life and was found and rescued by Major Reno" and "Watowasa-An Iriquois Maiden," uncut and stitched into original buckskin 'law calf' with yapp edges and embossed title, folio.
