Lot Description

Silver teapot and covered sugar charles a. burnett, alexandria, va (1793-1796), and georgetown, dc (1796-c.1840)

Each with lobed lower body, angled handle, and steeply domed and lobed lid with umbrella finial, the die-rolled midband and foot rim with intertwined fruiting grapevine and acorn clusters against a stippled ground; together with an associated creamer by John Gaither, Alexandria, Virginia (1807-1812) and Washington, DC (1812-1817).
