Silver creamer charles a. burnett, alexandria, va (1793-1796), and georgetown, dc (1796-c.1840)
Of oblong form with bright-cut engraved floral and swag shoulder band, the body with engraved swags and cartouche, continuing to rectangular base, all raised on four ball feet; together with two teaspoons with shell terminuses, all monogrammed.
