Complete with 452 leaves. Vol. 1 - 310 x 200mm - sheet size; text 210 x 130mm; Vol. 2 - 310 x 202 mm - sheet size; text 215 x 95mm. Vol. 1 with penned inscription on aii 'Thomas de Lacy, Archdeacon.', light damptstaining to leaf edges, some marginal annotations and underlining. Very small puncture rvii. Library stamps. Vol. 2 with library inkstamp, ink annotations & dust-soiling to ai & aii. Library inkstamp on recto of k3. Ms verse inscription on 1st blank, penned name 'Thomas de Lacy' on Lii, marginal annotations and some underlining. Some dampstaining to page edges of front & rear matter. Repaired leaf KK10.
