Folio, orig. blind stamped pigskin over bds; clasps; worn. Woodcut bordered title page, other decorated initials. Ink library stamp to t-p, scattered annotations. Dampstaining to upper half of leaves, extending to whole leave near rear of book.
Adams E-1071; lacking Gg-Pp as called for by Adams, but apparantly complete as is.
