Lot Description

George III silver three-piece assembled tea service london, 1800s

Comprising a teapot with wood handle, open sugar, and creamer, each with upper and lower band of bright-cut and stipple-engraved decoration. The sugar with monogram and dated 1879. The teapot with maker's mark rubbed, probably CB, dated 1801-2, the sugar with marks for Charles Aldridge, 1801-2, and the creamer lacking maker's marks with dates for 1803-4. (3).
