Appointing Colonel Lewis as member of emergency board under the Railway Labor Act, investigating dispute between the Steelton and Highspire Railroad and certain of its employees. * Washington, January 11, 1945, thanking Colonel Lewis for his service re the dispute between the Steelton and Highspire Railroad Company & Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen [etc.]. * Washington, March 7, 1945. Appointing Colonel Lewis as member of emergency board under the Railway Labor Act, investigating dispute between The Des Moines and Central Iowa Railroad and employees. * Washington, April 3, 1945, expressing his appreciation for Colonel Lewis's report on the above dispute.
