Charming portrait of a very elderly seated man posed with his arm around a young girl, likely his granddaughter or great granddaughter. (Tarnishing to edges, abundant wiping and clouding throughout, oxidation to mat; partly resealed.) Housed in a fully separated leatherette case. -- Seated portrait of a bearded man sitting on a couch, wearing an endearing expression. (Clouding and spotting, spotting to mat.) Housed in a half leatherette case (broken edges). -- Portrait of a couple, the man with his arms crossed and sitting, the woman standing. (Heavy tarnishing and chemical deterioration, spotting; original seals.) Housed in a leatherette case with velvet pad marked for NIMMO & Co., at "169 Baltimore St. / Daguerreotypes in Oil. / Chrystalotypes / Chrystalotypes in Oil." -- And 15 others, including 5 pairs of portraits depicting husband and wife, housed together in the same case.
