Intimate bust portrait of a man with a salt-and-pepper beard and rounded nose. (Wiping, tarnishing, spotting, scattered scratching to image plate, spotting to mat and preserver; resealed.) Housed under mat, glass, and preserver; no case. Mat stamped "WHITNEY," likely for Edward Tompkins Whitney (1820-1893). A strikingly up-close, modern-looking portrait. -- Seated half portrait of a man with strikingly light eyes and curly hair, wearing a marled jacket. (Tarnishing to edges, spotting, few other imperfections, spotting to mat; original seals.) Housed in a half pressed paper case. Mat stamped "CAHILL," likely Michael S. Cahill of Boston, MA. -- Bust portrait of a thickly-bearded and mustached man with lightly tinted cheeks. (Spotting, light tarnishing/scratching to edges, spotting to mat; resealed.)
