Enslaved persons mentioned include Charlotte, Bob, Caroline, Martha, and Wenney, who are promised to certain family members of the deceased Booker Parrish of Goochland County, VA (Polly and Lipscomb Crank), but are, in part, being sold to said Samuel B. Findley for $320.

Amongst other duties, Neilson indicates his responsibilities included: "To examine al slaves shipped to other ports in the United States, and see they correspond with the manifest."
