Secretary Albright taught diplomacy at the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service for over 40 years, and directed the program on women in global politics where she inspired generations of women. In a discussion regarding women and leadership with The Wall Street Journal, Secretary Albright stated: “One of the things that I am most proud of is when some young woman comes up to me and says, ‘You are a role model for me,’… that is about as good as anything that happens because it does mean I have accomplished something” (Becky Bright, 11 November 2008).
