Madeleine Albright was a great admirer of the Kennedy family and in particular, President John F. Kennedy, whose speeches she referenced often, most famously during her visit to Sarajevo during the Bosnian War in which she proclaimed, “Jam sam Sarajevka” (“I am a Sarajevan”).
