LEFEVER/SONS & CO/PAT'D/1902/NOT/CONNECTED WITH/LEFEVER ARMS CO. Serial numbers match to all major parts. Frame is engraved with a pointer on each flank, and a dog's head on the triggerguard with spiral scroll flourishes and edge scroll engraving enclosing the frame and breeches of the barrels. Barrels are marked IMPERIAL STEEL within arrows. Barrels possibly cut down at some point with new spacers installed at the muzzle.
