N.Y. on top with the trademark for Crown Steel beneath each barrel along with 3E grade marking. Water tables show a two-line patent marking reading PAT'D. MAY 13. 86/PAT'D OCT.5-86. with the trigger plate marked HUNTER ONE TRIGGER. Forend patent marking reads PAT'D MAY 28, 1901.
