** Post-WWII Rebuilt Inland M1A1 Carbine
World War II, Korean War

.30 Carbine. 18" barrel. SN: 2924191. Parkerized finish, low wood oval cut walnut stock with "slim Jim" pistol grip and two-rivet IO marked hand guard, folding skeletonized stock. Semi-automatic magazine fed military carbine with a Parkerized flat top bolt. Inland marked receiver, Inland barrel dated 10-43. SI marked Type III barrel band with bayonet lug, JAO marked Type III adjustable rear sight, RIA marked front sight, CM marked Type IV safety, M/WA marked Type IV magazine release. MS marked hammer, SG marked trigger housing. Folding skeletonized stock with leather cheek rest secured by Parkerized steel rivets. Throat erosion measures 2, muzzle erosion measures 3.5. A solid example of a post-WWII rebuilt M1A1 Carbine that includes an OD Green web sling, as well as both a 30-round and a 15 round magazine.
