Of "B" letter design in a circle, set with a cabochon ruby and sapphire, rose cut diamond accents. 14 karat yellow gold stamped with the St. Petersburg mark for 14 karat yellow gold and MP maker's mark for Micail Perchin. Sits in the original fitted box of tan suede with Faberge mark on cream colored silk.
