[CIVIL WAR]. 2 sixth plate portraits of cavalrymen armed with sabers and revolvers.
Tintype standing portrait of a triply armed cavalryman holding an 1851 Colt Navy across his chest with one hand and a cavalry saber with the other. He wears a third, unidentifiable revolver in his belt (Image somewhat dark, with spotting and surface scratching and texturing throughout ; unsealed.) Housed in a pressed paper case with patriotic embossment on front cover (discoloration and significant wear throughout). -- Ruby ambrotype seated portrait of a bearded, doubly armed cavalryman grasping his 1840 heavy cavalry saber with one hand and wearing what appears to be a Savage Navy revolver in his belt.
