Edison Pioneers Constitution and By-Laws. [N.p.]: [Edison Pioneers?], 1923. Facsimile inscription "To my old associates / The Edison Pioneers / Thos. A. Edison / 1923." 52pp, 4 3/4 x 6 3/4 in. (later paper wraps, generally good condition).

[With:] 1920 and 1934 editions of Edison Pioneers Constitution and By-Laws. -- The Historic Pearl Street New York Edison Station by the First Electrician of the Station [Mr. John W. Lieb]. A reprint from "Edisonia" published in 1904 by the Association of Edison Illuminating Companies. [New York?]: [1927?]. Booklet with paper wraps, 13pp, 5 x 8 in. with fold-out map "CSNYI." 

[Also with:] A Thomas A. Edison Centennial Medal housed in original presentation envelope. -- Cover dated 14 June 1936 featuring "Schenectady's Half Century of Electrical Progress" and images of the Schenectady buildings where Edison established the Edison Machine Works in 1886. -- A small folio leaflet "Fifty Years in Schenectady," [1936], describing the transition from Edison's Machine Works to General Electric and its history with the city.

Edison Pioneers was a group of former employees and other associates of Thomas Edison who worked on his early projects. The group was formed in 1918 "to bring together for social and intellectual intercourse the men who were associated with Thomas A. Edison in the days prior to 1886 in his work of invention and experimentation in the arts and sciences." Multiple associations, individuals, and locations celebrated the work of Edison, one of America's most notable inventors, including Schenectady, New York, where Edison established a new location for his factories in 1886.
