[NATIVE AMERICANS]. ANDERSON, John A., photographer (1869-1948). Two photographs of Sioux Indians getting their beef rations at the Rosebud Indian Reservation, South Dakota.
8 x 4 3/4 in., or smaller, photographs mounted recto/verso on 9 1/2 x 6 3/4 in. disbound album page (prints in very good condition). Each photograph titled, numbered, and credited to J.A. Anderson in the negative.
Titles include: No. 305. Sioux Indians, getting their beef rations, dated 1893. -- No. 318. Sioux squaw on way home from beef issue.
