The shaped reeded leafage-capped edge over three conforming pierced and engraved panels of diaperwork set with flower heads above a gadrooned and fluted bottom tapering to a molded boss, held over the shaped conforming domed base with egg and leaf molded edges by three cast and chased bearded figures with fish tails sitting amid seaweed scrolls and holding scrolled seaweed supports above their heads.
