Lot Description
[EARLY PHOTOGRAPHY]. A group of 7 lockets containing 15 daguerreotype portraits.
Largest 1 3/4 in. diam., smallest 1 3/8 in. diam. Lockets with some tarnishing, surface scratching, and discoloration; one with heavy discoloration and surface loss, 2 with portrait glass covers broken; all with funcitoning closures. Three with engraved scenes, one with chain, one containing 4 images. Images with varying amounts of tarnish.
