[POLITICS]. Ulysses S. Grant campaign ferrotype pinback. 1868.
24 mm brass pinback with pin containing ferrotype portrait (lacking safety clasp, minor tarnish). Obverse legend reads, "For President / 1868" surrounding a ferrotype portrait of Grant wearing his military uniform and "Gen. U. S. Grant" typed in negative above. Reverse is plain.
