34 mm stamped 1-piece brass button with shank (surface possibly cleaned or chemically treated). Central oval with impressed "GW," surrounded by the raised legend, "Long Live the President." The perimeter features impressed linked ovals enclosing the initials of the original 13 states. Reverse plain. Commemorating the inauguration of George Washington in 1789. Albert WI-4A.
