the first finely woven with metallic and polychrome threads to show phoenixes and dragons confronting in profile across the central closure to the front amid subsidiary puffs of clouds, the back in similar design, and the lower section with a turbulent waves crashing with floral sprays. Tailored with an elegant ruyi pendant collar and open sides, the hem with vibrant tassels. The second elegantly worked from gold and black fabric woven with repeating roundels, bordered at the collar, side and back vents with contrasting trim.
