DIGGS, Annie Le Porte (1853-1916). Autograph letter signed ("Annie L. Diggs"), to Richard Y. Ely. Washington, D.C., 20 June 1892. 2 pages, 4to, on The National Citizens' Industrial Alliance letterhead, old creases with some brown stains. With content regarding the Alliance and pro-labor politics. -- MOONEY, Tom (1882-1942). Typed letter signed ("Tom Mooney"). County Jail No. 1, San Francisco, CA, 27 October 1936. 1 pages, 4to, toned, old folds. Mooney, a labor leader, writes a circular from jail after being falsely convicted for the San Francisco Preparedness Day Bombing of 1916. -- Together, 2 letters signed by labor leaders.
