Square 4to. Printed in black and red and illustrated throughout. (Some toning, a few leaves creased.) Original cloth, red morocco lettering-piece gilt (some staining and light wear). Provenance: Sold A. B. Gallion Books with their label.
FIRST EDITION, the first major publication highlighting Wright's work since the 1910-1911 publication of Ausgefuhrte Bauten. Wendingen, a publication focused on architecture and construction, was published by the Amsterdam Society of Architects from 1918 to 1932, and employed revolutionary new typography. Sweeney 165.
