The extra vertical panel of material at the center front of this dress suggests it could have been worn for maternity.
The dress and cape are made of blue printed fabric in a floral pattern in whites and reds. Both pieces are trimmed with blue silk satin ribbon and the cape is further trimmed with silk fringe in matching colors to the fabric.
