Born in Southern California, Robert Procop is a master gemstone and diamond cutter who began his training at the age of nineteen. Alongside his work as a cutter, he has also worked as a retailer and businessman, notably serving as CEO of Asprey & Garrard, the former crown jeweler of the United Kingdom, in the early 2000s. Today, Procop runs his Los Angeles-based jewelry house, Robert Procop Exceptional Jewels, which caters to luxury retailers and celebrity clients, including Angelina Jolie, for whom he designed the engagement ring for her marriage to Brad Pitt. Procop’s work is best known for his use of exceedingly rare gems in his intricate designs.
Overall Condition: One stone is missing. Light scratching and wear throughout consistent with age and use. The clasp does not clip shut and will need an adjustment.
