In overall good and stable condition. There are no losses, breaks or repairs to the frame or interior of the piece. The medallion latch has a consistent patina and only light surface scratching not readily visible. The top edge has a few minor scuffs and scratches consistent with age and use. The sharkskin tiles on the white face demonstrate light age, but are very consistent with no major tears, stains or inconsistencies. The interior is a modern reconfiguration and the drawers inside open smoothly. There is one crack on an interior shelf surface. The backboards appear to be original and showcase a branded mark reading "Jean Pascaud" as well as an artist cipher. The back boards are slightly warped with age and have some stains consistent with age. The piece overall is in attractive, consistent and presentable condition.
