In overall good and ready to place condition. There are no breaks, cracks, losses or notable stains to the wood exterior. Some stains and rings to the interior shelves. Slight dulling of wood tone on the top surface, but no notable scratches to the top. One scratch notable to the proper right side. Some slight wear to the bottom edge of the legs. Felt pads present to the underside of the legs. Doors slide open easily, and the grass door fronts are in good condition with no stains, losses and only some slight natural variations in the weave.
