In overall good and ready to place condition.
There are no breaks, losses, repairs or notable cracks to the wood bodies of the chairs. Some light scratching, wear and variations in wood tone and sheen to the seats consistent with light use. Nicks throughout the seats. Light edge wear to backs of the chair edge not readily noticeable also consistent with use and handling.
All spindles intact and stable, and coloration consistent and warm throughout the set. Most chair heights measure closer to 35 1/4 with at least one example measuring closer to 35 1/2 inches. At least two examples with a few white paint streaks not readily noticeable. One example with a very slightly loose chair rail top on the proper right side along with a small but stable wood split.
Scratches to the underside of the feet consistent with placement, movement and use. Some small stain drips to the undersides of the seats possibly from varnish. One example with rough/worn spot to the wood near leg intersection that is stable and not visible when placed.
