In overall stable and ready to place condition. Likely recently re-finished. There are no breaks, losses or notable damage to the wood frames. All pieces have rolling casters underneath that do not roll smoothly. One chair with a missing wheel but the caster hardware in place. Age to wood visible underneath is a good signifier of age. Pencil constrictions marks to underside. The re-upholstered velvet in overall good condition with a few small stains and trim coming loose. Some staining to the trim and areas of glue drying out.
