presents well; refinished, but with wonderful figuring to mahogany, having a nice even and rich surface consistent throughout; the top is one board, the scalloped edge intact, the top with minor old darkened scratching, but minimal and not distracting; with minor age cracks to top of shaft along edge, to urn, and to a couple legs at upper joints, one leg with square patch along central attachment, with a couple cracks emanating alongside it; another leg with very small repaired break at upper corner along central attachment; one leg with a few surface scuffs or scrapes toward bottom / foot; the feet are nicely carved and remain crisp overall, the undersides hollowed out and retaining old brass casters; the underside of tripod retaining old iron spider brace
