intricately worked with polychrome threads on a wool ground, depicting various registers depicting deer, lions, birds, standing figures, floral baskets and urns, foliate and floral motifs, crowns, and geometric patterns, two bands inscribed with names, "Richard/ Damaris/ Phillips/ Jane/ Cole/ Mary/ Anne/ Elizabeth/ Robert/ Hutchins", the bottom inscribed and dated, "Gayner Cadlan Her Work Finishd in the/ 10th Year of Her Age 1712", framed, verso retaining framing label for M.A. Hutchinson, Leeds, England, and label for The Medici Society Fine Art Publishers, London, England, inscribed in ink, "Mrs. Hutchinson/ 4 Queens Square Building/ Woodhouse Lane/ Leeds".
