solid and sturdy, of a substantial weight; with evidence of a few campaigns of paint, presently exhibiting a later white-painted finish, having some typical signs of wear including minor occasional losses, crackling / crazing, and slight color variations commensurate with age and use, with some particular rubbing and general wear to armrests and seat; back left-facing leg with repaired break- the solder seam visible; a few other solder reinforcements along crest rail and lattice to backrest, and some other possible repairs may be disguised by painted surface
